This Fortune 500 energy company wanted a fresh way to introduce their new CEO. The event required delivering an engaging meeting experience, including one-on-one interactions with both attendees and over 5,000 remote participants around the globe.
The standard format of an elevated, centered platform was replaced in favor of a global town hall. Executives were seated randomly in the audience, as an integrated part of the employee community. A large format LED screen streamed video from 6 remote sites, facilitating international, live participation. Multiple cameras and a jib streamed dynamic shots of the room and audience in real time. During the event, local and remote audiences became one.
